roECOvillage Pădureni - research project
This is about
Configuring a living space meant to materialize human being’s needs and wants, with focus on conscious evolution.
Creating a living laboratory invested in researching and testing the likelihood of implementing ways to attain man-made social community structures on several levels of life, i.e. housing, family, education, food, health, economy, and relational dynamics.
Building a residential complex with living spaces, spaces for education, health, and the daily activities of the residents and of external members and approved project guests, for the production and storage of food, events and mainly everything that is necessary to achieve the intended purpose and stated mission.
All this and so much more, in the middle of nature, in a balanced area with remarkable biodiversity, near the forest, on a hill with wide views, not far from the city.

The human society from forced evolution to conscious evolution, from the conditioned man to the whole man.
Purpose
Researching possibilities and means to make human society more viable, as part of a living experiment on whole and sustainable housing and living.

The “Satul 3.0, roECOvillage Pădureni” project has gone through several stages of obtaining the approvals needed for its development, starting in spring 2020.
The proposed Zonal Urban Plan received a favorable review at the public session of the Cluj County Council on November 7, 2024, and on August 3, 2026 the PUZ approval No. 50 was issued, which can be consulted here.
The administrative steps that follow are:
Chinteni Local Council decision approving the zonal urban plan;
Updating the general urban plan with the new configuration;
Cadastral subdivision according to the Zonal Urban Plan;
Urban Planning Certificate issued by the Cluj County Council for building on the configured parcels;
Building permit for infrastructure, road, and utilities;
Building permit for the buildings;
Reception for infrastructure and subsequently for buildings, following the established pace and priorities.
