Pădureni Sustainable Community

From Conceptual to Factual

Concepts are attractive through their influence, and just like that, pursuing an image that resonates in the minds of others or that is marketable by today’s standards, we have become the “masters” of conceptualization and abstraction, often failing to see that we are rather the masters of misunderstood or unintegrated copy-pastes.

Communication becomes all the more conceptual as it seeks impact, is sought after, strives to be formal, compliant, calculated, normative, thus becoming pretentious, inefficient, unclear, and confusing in relation to its applicability in everyday reality. The more we think and communicate in concepts, the further we distance ourselves from the factual, palpable reality of each moment, and perhaps most sadly, we build illusions over the roots of Life preventing its sap from reaching and nourishing each and every cell.

Do we truly know how “love,” “happiness,” or “sustainability” feel in the body or how they are lived day by day, beyond thought? We do get fragments, scattered pieces of Existence, every now and then.

Humanity’s greatest fantasies are linked to its most influential concepts, and thus the unhappiness of intangibility and the failure to experience positive fantasy or, conversely, the fear of the possibility of experiencing negative fantasy are proportional.

“Love,” “hate,” “death,” “life,” “war,” “peace,” “people,” “homeland,” “prince-princess,” “good,” “evil,” “spiritual,” “humility,” “pride,” “depression,” “anxiety,” “trauma,” “illness,” “abundance,” “wealth,” “performance,” “science,” “leader,” “holistic,” “sustainability,” “inclusion,” “resilience,” “regenerative culture/thinking,” and perhaps above all “happiness,” are examples of older or newer concepts, with greater or lesser authority over thought, and therefore, over how the human being perceives reality.

These are important words that inspire, inhibit, elevate, bring down, give life, or kill according to the authority that society as a whole has bestowed upon them. They continue to be useful in communication because we still cannot communicate telepathically or encode expression like IT programs do, but awareness of the distance between the thought concept and the concrete reality of everyday life, as well as the calming of generalities through a balanced approach with clearer and more concrete messages, is necessary.

It is a paradox, but the success of platforms and applications like YouTube or TikTok, which have spread audiovisual communication, also demonstrates that nonverbal language plays an increasingly important role in balancing and enhancing communication. Simply put, from behind the screen and a chosen image, you can credibly write about “elevating” concepts, but the film shows more revealing visual hints.

The current themes are sustainability and regenerative thinking on the one hand, and artificial intelligence, the startup movement, and virtual space on the other hand, without implying that they are mutually excluding. Sustainability and regenerative thinking are meant to be driving forces, sources of clean and meaningful energy for a human society going through a crisis of identity and undergoing such rapid and powerful remodeling that most previous landmarks change or collapse at a speed we are not accustomed to.

Everything seems to slip through our fingers, and we need anchors.

And yet, no anchor will truly help us if it is not anchored correctly, if we continue to use concepts like “sustainability” or “regenerative thinking” as political and sales tools, or as smokescreen, as we often do with so many other concepts from the list above. Anchors can only be anchored within us, and real concepts can only stem from conscious, balanced, and mature human thought.

Sustainability or regenerative culture propagate from within outwardly, from the presence, clarity, and balance with which I think, make independent or perhaps even interdependent decisions and contribute at a given moment. From the presence, clarity, and balance with which I relate, create or recreate organizations, systems, techniques, industries, build homes and all the necessities of living, and last but not least procreate.

From a state of dependence on the stakes of perception that shape personal reality, sustainability is and will be primarily a plus stake for some and a minus stake for others.

Concepts congruent with sustainability, “personal development,” “self-awareness,” “world knowledge,” “consciousness,” “holism,” have long since passed the hobby talk, and are rather a “survival” path in a world undergoing major, rapid, and irreversible change.

An adaptive process of deconstructing patterns of our mental map, completing perceptions, cultivating presence, expanding consciousness, a process that requires learning, understanding, and determination to be All in, is necessary. It is a choice that I can learn to make constantly. It is not easy or quick, but it is what Existence unconditionally supports with unlimited resources.

It is, as I have written in previous articles and posts, the intention with which we are developing the “Pădureni Sustainable Community Documentation and Research Project,” to which we can bring the conceptual attribute of Social Startup, to offer it available resources from as many areas as possible.

A concrete example of what Pădureni’s intention represents is the fact that we know physical and mental health are built and maintained continuously and are a result of how I think and act, how I identify and relate to Existence. The project is close to nature, among other things, because, in the “adaptive process of deconstructing patterns of our mental map, completing perceptions, cultivating presence, and expanding consciousness,” healthy landmarks for the brain are necessary, natural cycles, sounds, colors, smells, shapes, and lively textures, beings, natural, innate chemistry and energy, so that Life recognizes Life, and the human perception process in All is supported.

The main stake without stake is to start looking at ourselves as the All, all actual occurrence, both tangible and intangible, and to recognize ourselves as such.

The project is moving step by step towards its birth in material form, and if it inspires you in any way and you want to be an actual part in one of the various ways the project needs or will need, you are welcome. You are just as welcome if you want to be perhaps an observer, to read and support us either through doubt and challenge or through appreciation and popularization.

As an important final note for anything we develop, think, emit, there is gratitude, the balancing vibration that arises as a result of integrated and felt thought, and which we can sometimes bring about through a Thank you, Thank you for being here, in direct correspondence with the thoughts and the life within me.

We will continue soon about Life at Pădureni.
